These terms apply when you use Riplo. By creating an account you accept them.

What Riplo does

Riplo sends automated replies to Instagram direct messages and comments on your behalf, using rules you define. It connects through Meta's official API with access you grant and can revoke.

Your account

• You are responsible for the Instagram account you connect and for having the right to automate it.
• You are responsible for the content of the messages your rules send.
• Keep your Riplo credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect they are compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use Riplo to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another person or business, to distribute unlawful content, or in any way that breaches Instagram's or Meta's own terms. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work to keep Riplo running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Riplo depends on Meta's API, and changes or outages there can affect what Riplo can do.

Payment and cancellation

Paid plans bill in advance for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

Liability

Riplo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account holders before it takes effect.
